Shipping policy

Orders are processed Monday-Friday, and within three business days. 

Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

When entering your shipping address, please ensure you double-check all address fields for accuracy. Please add any Apartment or Suite number.  Pippi Socks is not responsible for any additional costs associated with re-shipping an order. If your package is returned to us due to an address error, you will have two options: You can pay additional shipping fees to have the package sent to the correct address OR we can cancel the order and refund you for the order total less original shipping costs.
